ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow, bright and crystalline with a good consistency, the profume has intense, inviting and soft sweet aromas, crisp white and yellow fruits of good maturity in a light halo of white flowers. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and of good flavor with good taste balance. Pleasant correspondence with the olfactory sensations and good persistence. It goes nicely with seafood appetizers, fish pasta courses and local appetizers.
